Sport & Recreation
Courses in this area are designed to provide graduates with practical skills and knowledge to gain employment in a variety of industries including: Sport and coaching; events; recreation and leisure; outdoor recreation education; adventure tourism; guiding and mining. The focus is on theoretical and practical application of coaching and officiating general principles and sport specific information, managing and co-ordinating projects; co-ordinating and developing events and tours, while observing legal responsibilities and standards of public safety.
