Wine & Viticulture

Courses in wine production prepare graduates for work in the wine industry. Depending on the specialisation area/s chosen, graduates develop the skills and knowledge to manage the cultivation and development of vines, work as a vineyard owner or manager. Students also develop skills, knowledge and experience in wine and regional food production, processing and evaluation, including evaluation of tourism opportunities.
