Each Aboriginal student will be assigned a case manager who will be responsible for assisting the student to develop an Individual Learning Plan to map their pathways to higher education or employment.

The case manager will provide the link between the lecturer/other support mechanisms and students and will be responsible for the provision of support to the student for the duration of the course and for six to twelve months on gaining employment to ensure sustainability of employment.
