The world class Regency International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies forms part of the TAFE SA Regency Campus in South Australia, Australia.

The Regency International Centre offers students theory and practical training at Certificate, Diploma and Degree level in Food and Beverage, Cookery, Hospitality Management, Food Processing, Bakery, Meat Studies, Leisure, Events, Resort and Recreation Management.

TAFE South Australia, through the Regency International Centre, has strong links in the Asia Pacific and operates programs in Japan, India, Bangladesh, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Taiwan.

In addition, the Regency International Centre has a unique association with world renowned hospitality education providers, the International College of Hotel Management (through an agreement with the Swiss Hotel Association), and Paris based Academie D’Art Culiniare, Le Cordon Bleu.
