hanging from a rope on a 30m wall at Mount Arapalis - scuba diving around the magnificent Aldinga reef
- touring Kangaroo Island visiting world heritage-listed sites
- participating in a winter back-country alpine experience in the Victorian Alps
- surfing huge waves in a surf/sea kayak on the Southern Ocean
- cycling down a winding goat track in the Flinders Ranges
- scuba diving with leafy sea dragons
- trekking and kayaking in New Zealand.

The Double Diploma in Outdoor Recreation and Tourism (Marketing and Product Development) is offered at the Regency Campus and incorporates the Double Certificate IV in Tourism (Guiding and Outdoor Recreation).
