The Advertiser Projects

TAFE SA has been involved in a number of electronics-related projects with The Advertiser.

  • I-Bot2007 - During the Panasonic World Solar Challenge from 21-25 October 2007, a Solar Car Collectable kit was distributed to primary school students during the race to enhance awareness of the interactive roles of electronics and renewable energy. TAFE SA proudly provided resources to support this campaign.
  • 2006 - TAFE SA was a major sponsor of the Ai2 Robot.
  • 2005 - TAFE SA was a major sponsor of the I-Bot Robot. Nearly 30,000 i-bot units were distributed throughout South Australia, an initiative that generated overwhelming public participation and proved to be an extremely successful educational product.
