Workplace Training

Studying a TAFE SA workplace training course will prepare you for a career conducting training and assessment within an organisation.

You will learn about the current national competency standards for workplace assessors and trainers and will develop skills that will prepare you to:

  • design, implement, manage and evaluate assessment and training systems
  • deliver on the job instruction in a specific work area or for a piece of equipment
  • train and assess staff employed in a registered training organisation
  • take on product development, consultancy or coordination functions.
