Music

A TAFE SA music or sound production course can lead to careers performing music or producing live and recorded sound.

You will gain the skills to:

  • perform and/or produce contemporary music
  • manage or work as an engineer in a recording studio
  • work as a live technician in large venues or with touring production crews
  • work as an operator or assistant in broadcast audio for television, film or radio
  • provide sound production for multimedia products and audio visual industries.

TAFE SA Salisbury campus is the only accredited provider in South Australia to offer the internationally recognised Digidesign Pro Tools qualifications, which enable you to become proficient in the use of ProTools (industry-standard software for digital audio production).
